Brand Box Media is a small and local business focused on providing a large variety of high quality marketing media that are easy for clients to access. Getting your listings sold. Providing excellent customer service and prioritizing client relationships is what we value most. As a small business, we plan to stay small in order to provide each client with the personal attention and availability that may be needed and may be hard to find in a large or corporate company.
Although the DMV housing market remains strong, it is still constantly changing and therefore we are here to provide our clients with the tools and resources necessary in order to help you successfully pivot those changes. Whether it's photography, videography, aerial deliverables, or design projects, we are here for you so you can focus on what's most important—your clients.

What is your turnaround time?Next day turnaround can be expected for most services with exception to video. With video, there is a 2 day turnaround for listing videos and 3 day turnaround for agent listing videos.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?We do require at least a 12 hour notice for any scheduled shoots that need to be cancelled for whatever reason. If you cancel or reschedule the appointment with less than 12 hours notice, then you agree to pay a cancellation fee of $50 which will be deducted from your deposit if there is a reschedule. For any cancellations, where the photographer is already en route to a property, the agent forfeits the deposit amount and must call to reschedule if rescheduling is necessary. While everyone understands the purpose of cancellation fees and agrees to the terms of service, nobody likes paying them. So we do our very best to accommodate certain situations beyond your control. We suggest you confirm the appointment with your client at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. As soon as you become aware that the property is not ready as scheduled, call Michael Bell at 571.477.1657 and/or email michael@brandboxone.media so we can either remove it from the schedule or set up a new appointment time.

How do I get started with an order online?1. View and select desire items from Order Form. 2. Create an account with user name and password. 3. Follow the prompts within the Order Form filling in all required information about your property listing. 4. Schedule a day and time for your shoot. 5. Use our secure online payment form to process your credit card payment which secures your date and time. 6. What areas do you serve?Currently, we serve the District of Columbia and the following counties: VA: Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William MD: Prince Georges, Montgomery, Howard, Baltimore * Travel fees may apply to certain locations. Please inquire about other locations.

Do you work with just agents or homeowners too?Yes, we work with homeowners or ANYONE (i.e. realtors, brokers, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, etc.) in need of real estate photos.

How will I receive my order?You will receive an email and/or text message once your order is completed. The email and text will contain links to your order. Once you click on the links, you will enter your already set up user name and password. Once within the site and on your page, you will then have access to viewing and downloading all purchased content. WE DO NOT DELIVER RAW FILES. PLEASE SAVE YOUR IMAGES AFTER DELIVERY. The delivery and notice via e-mail shall be deemed completion of this contract in full by BrandBox Media.

What happens in the event of bad weather of the scheduled day of photo shoot?If the weather is bad on the day of your scheduled shoot (i.e. heavy rain, snow) you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available open shoot date. Please note: Risk of damage to the camera or drone equipment prevents use in severe weather conditions, and in the case of drones, BrandBox Media complies with FAA regulations regarding flying during high winds, heavy rain, restricted air space, or other hazardous flying conditions.

Do you have a copyright policy?BrandBox Media (a subsidiary of Inkable llc.) requests that all media produced follow copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights. As a condition to your use of the Service, or your use of the site, you agree that you will not use the Site or Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. BrandBox Media policy is to terminate access to the site and use of the Service by any users who are repeat infringers of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. The photographs and videos taken by BrandBox Media. are licensed to the agent who paid for the service for a one-time, non-exclusive commercial use for the marketing of the given property for the term of 1 year. Images may be used in any manner related only to the sale of the given property under the agent who originally purchased the services. The photos may no longer be used or license transferred in any way after the listing has closed, expired, withdrawn, re-listed with another agent, or the listing is withdrawn and re-listed by another agent in another firm without the written permission of Inkable llc. Images cannot be sold to another agent or firm who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing. Photos cannot be sold to a third party for any reason.
